Israel Seminar designs and privately hosts insider experiences across Tel Aviv and Jaffa. For the new Six Senses Tel Aviv, we propose a growing collection offered to guests through the concierge — five opening experiences shaped by cuisine, history, art, architecture, and the art of seeing the city.

An insider culinary walk through the market, led by one of Israel's most influential culinary voices
A deliciously curated stroll through Tel Aviv's food scene, led by the Chairman of the Israeli association for culinary culture, David Kichka, and Ruthie Rousso, a leading Israeli food writer and cultural commentator.
This insider experience explores how Israeli cuisine became bold, playful, and globally influential, rooted in local ingredients, seasonal cooking, and a healthy disregard for rigid rules. A street photography masterclass in the neighborhoods that give Tel Aviv its face
Tel Aviv reveals itself in the moments between landmarks: the exchange across a market counter, the color of a sun-worn doorway, a face caught in the light just before the street changes again. Accompanied by a renowned photographer, guests learn to look more closely — finding composition, character, and the stories hiding in plain sight.
The masterclass moves through Florentin and Levinsky Market, where the city's creative energy spills onto the pavement, then into the intimate lanes of Neve Tzedek and the layered streets of Jaffa. With guidance on light, framing, and the art of approaching a portrait, each guest makes a personal visual record of Tel Aviv — not simply photographs of where they went, but a way of seeing what they found. All photography equipment is provided for the workshop.
